STNA Clearance Form

The STNA Conduct of Roster requires members of one club to be cleared before they may join another club. Clearance rules apply to all types of members, not just players.

Conduct of Roster 3.2.1 reads:
"Any player, coach, umpire or official who has been registered with an STNA club at any time in the previous 3 years must obtain a clearance before they are eligible to be registered with a new club for STNA Winter Roster."

The full clearance rules are in section 3.2 of the Conduct of Roster on the STNA website.

If you require a clearance, please continue to fill out the form below.

In the event that you require a paper form, this can be obtained from the STNA Office.

The club the member is currently registered with, or if not currently registered, the most recent club. If they have not been registered with any STNA club within the last 3 years, a clearance is not required.
